Does anyone know why all my pictures, videos etc... look like radiation hit them? The eyes and mouth are white. I can't see things correctly. It is an AOS. Thank you

@1CandyPerhaps you have a filter enabled in the camera? Open the camera and look at the wand in the upper right. If it is yellow, you have a filter enabled.

To turn off the filter, click on the magic wand. Change the filter to Original... it is the furthest left filter.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with the camera not looking correct, and I would be happy to look into this further for you. I would recommend resetting your camera settings. Open the camera, tap on settings > tap on general > tap on reset > tap on yes.

The next step would be to test your device in safe mode. If your phone or tablet is misbehaving, it's possible that a third-party app is causing the issue. To figure out what app is acting funny, you can use the Safe mode feature. In Safe mode, your device won't run any third-party apps.

Note: Available screens and settings may vary by wireless service provider, software version, and device model. Give this link a try to test your device in safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
