Samsung Apps and ServicesThe Qantas Wellbeing App only shows 1 activity (walking) being tracked by the Samsung Health app. and there is no option to add another activity (eg. swimming). I have the S21+ phone and Galaxy 5Pro watch that tracks my steps and swimming activities.
I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve the problem?

Samsung Apps and Services@DebbieMcPhee Have you contacted the developers of the Qantas Wellbeing app to see if they have a recommendation or solution?

Samsung Apps and Services1. Check App Permissions
Make sure that the Qantas Wellbeing app has all the necessary permissions to access Samsung Health data. If the permissions are restricted, the Qantas app may not be able to sync all activities.
Go to Settings > Apps > Qantas Wellbeing > Permissions and make sure the relevant permissions are enabled.
2. Sync Samsung Health with Qantas Wellbeing
Ensure that the Samsung Health app is correctly connected to the Qantas Wellbeing app. This should have been set up when you first installed the Qantas app, but itās worth checking again.
Open the Qantas Wellbeing app, go to Settings, and look for an option like Activity or App Connections. Ensure that Samsung Health is connected and syncing properly.
3. Track Activities in Samsung Health
Open Samsung Health and ensure that activities like swimming are being tracked correctly. If swimming is tracked, it should appear in the Samsung Health app and sync to the Qantas app.
If swimming isnāt showing up in Samsung Health, you might need to manually track it:
Open Samsung Health > Exercise > Swimming.
Start tracking the swimming activity, and once completed, it should sync with Qantas if the connection is set up properly.
4. Check for App Updates
Make sure both the Qantas Wellbeing app and Samsung Health app are up-to-date. Sometimes, bugs or syncing issues are resolved in newer updates.
Go to Google Play Store or Galaxy Store, search for the apps, and check for updates.
5. Check Activity Settings in Qantas Wellbeing
Open the Qantas Wellbeing app and navigate to the section where activities are listed. Sometimes there is an option to select which activities are visible or tracked. Make sure Swimming is included in this list.
If this setting isnāt available, you may need to contact Qantas Wellbeing support to inquire about tracking additional activities.
6. Reconnect Samsung Health to Qantas Wellbeing
Sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting the apps can resolve syncing issues.
Go to Samsung Health > Settings > Apps and remove the connection to Qantas Wellbeing.
Then go back into the Qantas Wellbeing app and reconnect it to Samsung Health.
7. Clear Cache and Reopen Apps
Sometimes clearing the cache of both apps can help with sync issues. To do this:
Settings > Apps > Qantas Wellbeing or Samsung Health > Storage > Clear Cache.
Then, restart both apps and check if the issue is resolved.
By following these steps, you should be able to ensure that Samsung Health tracks all your activities (like swimming) and syncs them correctly with the Qantas Wellbeing app. If the issue persists, contacting Qantas Wellbeing support may be the next best option, as there could be specific issues with how their app integrates with Samsung Health.
