Are you referring to a paired Bluetooth device, or one that is showing up as available? To remove a paired device, Settings>Connections>Bluetooth>select the cog wheel next to the device in question>Unpair (bottom). To remove a device showing up as available, either turn it off or disable its Bluetooth capabilities.
