I have an idea for a new broadcast channel to list on the Samsung TV. 

I was curious the process to talk to someone about getting it listed/broadcasted if anyone knew.

I would say try contacting any customer service phone number that might be available in the Samsung TV Plus at and go from there? Also you might try Googling how to contact their programming division as well.
