Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

OMG!!! I just wasted an hour of my life trying to find it. They should have been able to communicate this with a screen message explaining that they were fixing it.

Wow, if that’s true how pathetic.  Upgrades these days should be hitless, especially for individual apps and not entire systems.

I feel like a fool.  I bought 4 Samsung hi-end TVs for my new home, and ALWAYS watched Samsung TV.  For this to happen is just outrageous as 6-Nines Availability is the norm these days.

Samsung owes a better explanation.

You didn't delete it. It is out for all of us, another user just reported they spoke to tech support and there is an update going on, they expect it to take 24-48 hours. Super huh?

Ok. I have the same issue. Will wait for the time frame but I can see the app in my IPhone ?

Yes, it's still on the phone, but after resetting everything on my TV there is no update or TV plus.

But I in fact did delete it, according to my TV. So I will hope you are correct and I will be able to reinstall it in 24-48 hours. Thanks!

Everyone’s television is telling them the app was deleted.  When you click install, it just goes back to the Home Screen. Apparently Samsung themselves have deleted the app. That’s great that they are updating, but it would have been nice if they let customers know they were doing it, when and how long.
