Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Yeah all that junk they're having you do is really just wasting your time based on things that I've been reading it seems like they're working on the app supposedly it's clearly an issue on their end not yours so factory resetting and doing all this junk to everybody's TVs it's just wasting their time and making them have to relog into everything & reset all their preferences.

If someone had enough sense in the engineering or programming department at Samsung they could have just issued a pop up on everybody's television saying that the app would be down or be you know worked on momentarily or something, but I guess that'd make to much sense. 🫠 😒 😆

Agreed! I even let the agent know this. How can your tech support not know about service outages/revamps/upgrades? Because they outsource everything
