Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

My TV is saying "app was uninstalled" - by whom??? And I can't find the app to reinstall.. its funny because I can't Uninstall AppleTv app from my Samsung TV

Yup mine too. Defaults to "TV", and cuz I have no digital antenna, tv boots into white fuzz.

Reminds of being in early 20's, and forgetting to pay the cable bill.

Luckily, we have other apps, and this is a "free" app.

I guess can't complain too bad.

Did think my TV was broken though...

Blah...

same same same thought I somehow deleted it, did a factory reset, watched useless YouTube explainer videos about reinstalling the app, called my internet service, and yelled at my teen thinking she deleted it lol, no emails or notifications from Samsung, just happened to Google and found this forum thankfully.

All 3 Samsung tvs in our home do not have TV PLus channels.  All we get are the over-the-air channels.  Internet works fine and any other apps on the tv work.  What is the problem?  Is someone working on this?  SAMSUNGS TECH PAGE SAYS " We are aware of a Samsung TV Plus outage affecting certain customers with Samsung Smart TVs. I am having the same problem, I usually watch the news from there but it was gone when I got up. I contacted someone from Samsung, was told it was a global problem, they are working in the issue.
