Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesSame here, been literally upset and angry with all my teenagers. I was thinking they did something, because there were new apps added and that one was gone. I was waiting for someone to admit they deleted it by accident on our end. I’ve been super irritated haha. Glad to know Samsung is working on it.

Samsung Apps and ServicesCame home to watch TV and literally the service would not load, after trying it 3 times the app suddenly disappeared and can’t be searched. What in the world is going on with Samsung TV’s? It’s bad enough my TV is always losing internet connection for no reason - only device in the house with problems and about the closest device to the source, but always saying no internet connection when literally every other device in the house works fine!!!! Tried tech support already and their help didn’t help, still does it now this.

Samsung Apps and ServicesThe TV icon on my task bar always connected to Samsung TV Plus; now it seems to be trying to connect to cable (it says "No signal... Check the antenna cable connection.") I have a separate source defined for my cable connection, which is still working fine. When I tried to select a Samsung TV Plus channel from the Universal Guide, it said the Samsung TV Plus Service had been deleted and suggests reinstalling the service. I can't figure out how to do so; it doesn't seem to be an app.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI was on the chat for an hour and they told me that Samsung is updating the app and I would recieve an email when its available. This s what a live chat not a bot informed me this morning.
Thank you so much for sharing your concern.as of now since you were the 16th customer reaching out for the Samsung Tv plus. As of now Samsung Tv apps is updating to improve the application once done we will notify you thru email.
