Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung is telling us all of us to upgrade your TV ... Samsung this is a hub issue not an app issue , if it's just the app where is the download to get it in the hub, without a download we are all pounding sand, I won't buy another Samsung tv knowing this can happen, feel like I wasted my money.

Same thing happened to me on 2 of my 3 Samsung TVs (US).  The Samsung TV Plus app is gone, or if selected, it diverts to the OTA channels;  other posts indicate that this has been happening globally over the last 2 weeks.  The Samsung TV Plus app is no longer available in the app store.  No fix yet.

We have two TVs. GONE on both of them. I've been putt-sing with our internet connection most of the afternoon without success. Now I read this stuff!!! looks like I waisted the afternoon. Bob, Belleview Florida.

Same problem here. It looks like they did a factory update as they've added three new undeletable apps, one of which is tik tok.
