Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

I ended up adding the Pluto app back to my homescreen to get the same channels as Samsung tv plus. The tv still won't let me update but at least I can watch the shows. Stupid Samsung.... 🤬

Samsung tv plus app is just gone. I checked for updates, reset the smart hub, factory reset the TV. Samsung TV Plus is still nowhere.

Turned on the TV and the app deleted itself. This is not acceptable behavior.

This is messed up I want my TV Plus back!!!!! It's just gone can't reinstall either I've reset the whole TV and nothing!!!

My Tv is doing the same thing. Samsung Plus Tv disappeared about a week ago, came back miraculously and is gone again today. It’s saying that the app is deleted and I have to reinstall but it won’t let me reinstall the app. This is driving me crazy!!

This morning Samsung advised they were aware of the issue and it should be fixed in 24-48 hrs. Not sure what went wrong or what needs fixed though.
