Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

My app is no longer on my tv. I tried to find the section on the e manual to reset it
 But I couldn't find it. When is going to be fixed? I am still on hold for Customer service person, since 2pm. I wanted to watch my shows today

I have called in and they told me it was an update and they would have it back up in 24 to 48 hours. But I just did the tech support by text message and was told it was down and they are working to get it back up. Either way they are aware and working on it.

Well, that's not what I was told there Gary I was told 1st 3 to 4 days, 24, 48 hours, so there's no communication between all of you because you get a different answer from different agents.

The crazy thing is that you can run the app through your phone and then through your TV, so if this is an update it must be just for the TVs only! but then again we don't know because Samsung never gives out alerts letting us know what you guys are going to be.

Also, there are apps on my TV, that I cannot uninstall like TickTock and others that are locked. The bottom line is we all paid a lot of money for our TVs and Samsung should not have that control, there is a back door to get into our TVs when your agents had to do that before. But then again Samsung won't do anything about it.
