This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
I'm less upset that they changed something as it is a free service and I get downtime happens, but I am upset that my TV deleted something by itself and without warning.
Yeah, rescanned channels on one of my TV's and the app completely disappeared, and then went to my other TV and it just says Cannot connect to the servers.
Samsung is saying it was due to an update, and they are working "diligently" on the problem. I've got the same issue, along with everyone else who got that update last night! They don't give a time frame to get the channels and app back.
