Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesSamsung tv app wasn’t working then disappeared. Now my whole tv is messed up because in my attempt to fix it I reset tv to manufacture settings. How do I get the Samsung tv app back and working properly?

Samsung Apps and ServicesSo why is this marked "SOLVED"? A workaround and suggesting people update their software is not a solution.
I watched Samsung Plus channels this morning, came home this evening and all were gone. Luckily I googled the problem before trying to get the app back with a reset. I'm assuming Samsung caused this problem with their last update. FYI the firmware version on my TV is 1310, which it says is the current version. Amusing their "solution" suggests updating to the latest version, the latest version being the cause of the problem - as well as having AUTOMATIC UPDATES turned ON, that caused the problem worldwide. Unless you were just lucky enough that you manually updated today.
Personally, when/if this problem gets fixed I'm switching automatic updates off.
