Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesAccording to Costco concierge who contacted Samsung, they are trying to resolve this problem. They were planning to have a local repair company come. That company called and stated they are getting a rash of calls on this issue. He called me back telling me they (Samsung) are working on the app. (?) Was all he knew at the time.

Samsung Apps and ServicesYOU CAN USE THE APP ON UR PHONE AND CAST IT TO THE TV. GO FIGURE IT WORKS ON PHONES. S23 ULTRA I called Samsung at 6pm est time and I was told by automated service I could optimize the call back feature and keep my place in line well ok it said estimated call back time is 4hrs. Lmfao and the chat bot **bleep** me off I'm 458th online. **bleep** soo I'm still not seeing this app plus my other apps disappeared so I reset my TV and had to go through the **bleep** set up sign in and passwords for all of them. Needless to say not only is the TV a piece of **bleep** so is the phones. I'm so done woth samsung anything. Both are about a year old if that.
8pm NO UPDATE YET... THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON IT.
