Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

It won’t let me do a software update or a self diagnosis, is that part of the problem too.

Mine is doing it too. Glad to see I’m not the only one. I was **bleep**g out when I could t watch my shows this morning.

Nothing is working. Now I messed up my whole tv and lost all info by accidentally resetting back to manufacture settings just trying to get samsungtvplus back. I’m getting to the point of buying different brand tvs. Any ideas how to fix this mess and get Samsung tv plus app back and working properly?

Yes it is gone from our tv as well so we tried everything there's nothing thank you for the information

I'm not sure if anyone else had this happen, but I now have a live cable TV icon in my app tray... I didn't even have my house wired for cable when I built it so I certainly didn't load this app.

 

I've also lost Samsung TV, which is a bummer, but thankfully this was the first result in my Google search so I know my TV isn't the issue

It gives the option to reinstall if you go to recently watched after pressing down from home and try to watch.....it just lets you select it and then of course nothing. Just hoping that helps a little. Lol

Justin, thank you for making everybody aware that this is a Samsung plus TV issue and not an individual issue. my software is current, so there’s no reason to update. 
I see a recommendation to go to ambient mode, but it doesn’t allow me to do that.. In addition, when I go to remote management and try to turn it on, it gives me a code, but it doesn’t let me do anything more than that. I will continue to wait to see the next update that you or Samsung can provide us to resolve this very crazy issue. Thank you.

I'm also having this issue, the App just disappeared. It used to be the first thing that opened when i turn on my tv, not happy
