This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
I downloaded the pluto tv app but it doesn’t have all the channels I had before with my Samsung Plus TV. When do you expect this problem to be resolved?
Hi, I have the same issue, I understand it is a widespread issue. However, before I found this information, I did a reset of the TV and now it does not install the most important app for me, when I try to install it, it displays the following message: Unable to install. Please try again later. (OttPlayer: 102028.
Great to know . So I do not have to put the tv back to factory settings. That was going to be my last resort. I love samsung plus tv app. I have gone to programs that are on there only to get a message to reinstall the app yet every time I try it wont install it or download it for that matter. I was soooo sure that I did not uninstall it however until seeing these posts I thought I was loosing my mind. Please let me know when it will be back up . Thanks so much. Its only been a day and I miss that application already!
