Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesI woke up and my app was magically back but now there is a black vertical shadow in the center of my tv!! there was NOTHING wrong with the picture when I went to bed yesterday! Whatever was done on your end with TV Plus caused this!! HOW DO I GET IT TO GO AWAY! And don tell me lED strip ect ect cause it was FINE before all this! 🤬

Samsung Apps and ServicesUnplug the TV and plug it back it. Samsung TV plus reappears. favorites are lost, but it works again.

Samsung Apps and ServicesLike many others, my channels disappeared suddenly yesterday afternoon. Like many others, I did troubleshoot on my own, then consulted samsung.com. Unfortunately this reply (which does offer some explanation and work-arounds) was NOT something I found easily so I actually went through a complete reset. I did leave a callback with the Customer Service number (never returned) and my channels magically appeared again this morning.
If I may make 2 suggestions: 1) make this post - and any updates - prominent in other applicable topics (e.g. I found posts under the TV side of things not Appliances) AND 2) add this to the menu of options when customers actually call in (e.g. "if you're having trouble with Samsung channels press 1" and then the caller hears some version of this). This could prevent a lot of the frustration I experienced and now have read in several threads.

Samsung Apps and ServicesMy Samsung TV app disappeared as well. Their tv package was part of the deal when I bought the tv. I hope it reappears soon.
