Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

If this is not a technical issue, then someone is trying to make it a paid service not free anymore!!!

Samsung Apps and ServicesSame here. It literally disappeared while I was watching another app.
It’s telling me that Samsung TV Plus was deleted. I did not delete it. My Home Screen apps were also removed and re- ordered on the screen.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI have this problem. Was watching the News and it just vanished and the TV turned off. Now it states " TV Plus has been deleted and must be reinstalled" but like others this does not work. I purchased this TV purely for TV Plus. If they don't fix it, they loose a customer with a very long memory.
