Samsung support persists in sending me messages even after I send "close" to indicate that I want to close the case, which should stop further messages. I can stop the messages by saying "stop," but I'd like to have the option to use the support service as needed. What should I do?
Then stop it. Nothing stops from asking for help in the future. I just open Samsung Members app and go to support tab and contact Samsung.
