I am sorry to hear you are having trouble using the Community within the Members app. Try clearing the app cache and then restarting the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/ If the issues still persists, please submit an error report through the Member app. You can also try accessing the Community from a web browser to see if that allows you to respond and like posts.
