I am getting a notification that I am unable to send this message to a particular contact within Samsung messages. I am able to send messages to other contacts without any problem. I waited a full day on previous messages and they still were not sent. Does anyone know what service this notification might be referencing?

Hmm. Maybe that their phone is off or they have some other disruption of service with their carrier. Are you able to call them?

Curiously, no. When I tried calling, there was absolutely no delay in terminating the call.
I emailed them, and they said there is no problem and that they are communicating fine with others.

Today, when I realized I couldn't make an outgoing call or SMS, I tried rebooting my phone. After rebooting, 38 messages came in, wishing me happy Thanksgiving.
