Loved the app on my Samsung smartwatch4 and google pixel 6 phone. Upgraded to Smartwatch6 and then upgraded phone to pixel8. Now unable to sign into Samsung Health account, hit sign in button and timer spins then screen turns white and nothing else. Spoke to phone people and they advise it is an app issues. After some searches online it seems a lot of people have this same problem. Had I known this would happen I would have never upgraded to the smartwatch6 and now regretting it. About to throw it in the garbage is this can't be resolved.

I have no problems with my 8 pro and Samsung watch 6 classic.
Try Uninstall and reinstall Samsung Health

I have had similar but not identical issues on P7P. Did you migrate your old phone to your new one or was it a clean install?

What I had to do was go into phone settings -> accounts, then deletecthe existing Samsung account from the phone. Then I logged back into Samsung Health and all was gtg. Hope it helps.

Still not working, also on the customization on the face, I choose weather temp, does not appear, just an icon. Getting very upset can't track steps, heart rate. Wish I had my Smartwatch4 back.

Hey there, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out about Samsung Health sign-in. As @Robin621k suggested, have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the application? You can also try clearing the app's cache and data, using this guide: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/

Also, make sure you uninstall and reinstall the application on the Watch 6 itself: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00061436/

If the above does not work, you can try resetting your Watch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

You can also try clearing the Pixel's device cache partition, and a factory reset on it as well, provided you back up everything there.

Lastly, if all else fails, you can submit an error report through your Watch: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-send-an-error-report/
