I live in a state where it's regularly over 110°F outside. I don't need a notification every night telling me that tomorrow is going to be hot, I already know. I wish I could limit these specific types of notifications and keep others, but it's all or nothing the way the current weather app has it.

I recently found a paid app called Buzz Kill that I have found really helpful for managing notifications in ways that the original apps generating the notification won't let me do. Looks like right now it's $4 (I think I got it for three by using a different app called AppSales to wait for a sale). Buzz Kill is kind of like an easier version of an ITTT app. For situations like what you're talking about, I have buzzkill set up to automatically clear notifications that I don't want but can't turn off without affecting others that I need. Obviously what you're requesting would be the ideal solution, but since in my experience Samsung isn't quick to respond to customer feedback, buzz kill might be a more realistic solution for the foreseeable future. It shows you previews as you change conditions, so it makes it pretty easy to target just the notifications that you intend to. It does a ton of other stuff too, but clearing out those notifications is one of the main things that use it for. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samruston.buzzkill

@Neniv Visit phone settings -> Notifications -> Advanced settings and enable "Manage notification categories for each app". Then you may find more control over the notifications from that weather app.

Thank you for this! I believe this might have given me the notification I was looking for!
