Where is my Samsung note pad?

I see the note pad when I got to settings bit, it's not displayed as an app on my phone. Can anyone help?

Yes. The app is not showingbon my page but I see it in my settings

Home screen settings>>Hide apps on home and apps screen>>look to see if the Samsung Notes app is checked. If so, uncheck it.
