Where is the African American Baby emoji?

Hi! This was my favorite emoji for texting. Now I cannot find it anywhere...?  Does anyone know if there a reason for this? They still have the Caucasian baby available? 👶🏾

In the Samsung keyboard you can long press on Emojis and get a pop up to select the skin tone.
