@andre23 Yes. As long as you can access the internet you can access Samsung Cloud. Secure folder resides on your phone so it is not dependent on any outside connection.

What if I change phone to s23 ultra

@andre23 Samsung cloud access only requires that you have a Samsung phone to access it. Doesn't matter which Samsung phone. 

Use Samsung's Smart switch to copy the contents of your secure folder to the new S23 Ultra.
