On smart tags? Or in general on your device. If you mean in general you go to General Management>Date and Time>turn off 24 hour

Hello, The SmartThings App uses the time from the phone to determine location times. To change the time settings, go to Settings>General Management>Date and Time> Toggle on/off Use 24-hour format.
