TabletsSamsung S7 plus.
I purchased a new Samsung S7 Plus that came with a defective S pen. Unfortunately I was told it was under warranty and was transferred multiple times. They were going to ship a new S Pen.
They lied. A different person reached out to me a few days later and told me my tablet just passed the 30 days and the tablet is no longer covered. I had to purchase a new S pen at full retail.
I am very disappointed in Samsung.

TabletsIf you have a US product and are using it in the US, the warranty for the Tab, S-Pen and accessories is 1 year from the date of purchase of the tab, not 30 days.
