Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ Book Cover Keyboard Scroll Function Not Working

I've tried seeing if there are any settings I can change under General Management > Physical Keyboard but to no avail. 

Can't use the scroll function on any apps. Recently, I've been trying to use the Samsung browser and Google. 

The only way I can scroll is to "left click" and drag on the track pad. Is there a setting I'm missing? Or is it possible this device is faulty? 

I've tried resetting the tablet and reconnecting the keyboard multiple times. Any help appreciated. Thank you. 

edit: have tried to use the scroll function with and without Dex mode. Does not change results.

Are using 2 fingers to scroll?

Wow I feel dumb. Sure enough, that works just as I'd like it to. I kept trying to use it like my old track pad. Thank you for the reply!
