When I'm reading my Kindle books on my tablet, at least once a day, when I turn a page in my book, my screen becomes completely red.   I've tried restarting my tablet, but it continues to happen.  The question is this caused by a tablet problem  or is it a Kindle problem?! I don't know whether to contact Kindle or buy a new tablet.

I have an older SM-T510, and I just installed Kindle on it to try it out for you. I usually use another reader, but I've got a couple of books I bought from Amazon also.
I installed it, and I didn't have any browsing problems.
I'd try clearing the cache and reinstalling the kindle application to see if that works. Interesting that it's displaying red. Does it lock up? Any other applications giving you problems? I got a new S9 Ultra but I still like my old tab A for reading the paper. I just wish I could use the edge panel to take screen clippings to transfer to my other devices. Does yours have the screen selection in the edge panel? 🤔

I only have the problem when I'm reading a book on Kindle.  It doesn't happen under any other application. I'm hesitating to uninstall & reinstall my Kindle app. Will all my books be safe?

I'm not sure what you mean by an edge panel.

So I ended up contacting Kindle and they are helping me. Want you to know they gave me a long instruction on how to uninstall and reinstall Kindle as part of the solution.   Thanks for your help.
