Samsung tablet keyboard issue

I am facing the keyboard issue on my tablet. Some of buttons are not working fine please tell me what should I do there is no issue in hardware but the software isn't working fine. Please help me

Have you tried a different Bluetooth keyboard to make sure it's not the keyboard? If it's a software issue, try downloading a different keyboard or make sure the software is updated to the latest version

Clear the cache and data for the keyboard it should be a setting wheel icon on the keyboard . What letters won't work?
