Liquid Detergent levels are not dispensing correctly.

Liquid Detergent levels are not dispensing correctly. Auto Dispense is enable on the Smart Things app. It used to work and now it stopped working. Clothes seem to be getting cleaned but that is because the fabric softener is draining. Which I know it is because I have to refill that container just not the Liquid Detergent levels. 

Also tried the rinse and clean cycle as well no luck. This is a front loader Samsung Washer.

Only thing I haven't tried yet is to clean the detergent draw yet. I will try that. Thanks

Yeah nothing worked. Still having an issue.

If it's under warranty, call customer service and have them send a repair tech out.

Yeah I already did that. I was just wondering if anyone else had any ideas.
