Please note that App developers that create the app decide what platforms to make their application compatible with. Samsung does not have control over the availability of specific applications. I do want to mention @JBTechfanatic makes a perfect temporary resolution (Thank you!) in which he states, you can download the application on your phone and screen mirror or cast it to the television. We recommend this as well.

Go to newsmaxplus.com sign up, and pay the 49 bucks a year subscription. Then delete the original newsmax app from your phone. Now download and install the new Newsmax TV app. Once installed, sign in and watch Newsmax. https://www.newsmaxplus.com/

If your model Samsung doesn't have a specific app you want you can cast any app from your mobile to your tv. Or you can purchase any streaming stick that supports the app and plug it into your hdmi port on the back of your tv. This way it will be right from your tv remote.
