I am unable to dial extensions when calling a number. I tried all the usual--adding a comma, a star, and dialing the extension right after dialing the number--none work. What to do?
As already stated, I had Samsung run a phone diagnostic ad they said the phone was working perfectly. I talked with a friend who has a Galaxy and uses Verizon (as I do) and he has the same issue. Could be them.
