Memory card will not save or read pictures taken

All of sudden my phone / memory card will not save or read the pictures I take or the screenshot I take. But if someone sends me pictures I can save those . What is the problem?

@xoxoxoxo It's possible that the memory card is failing. Have you tried a different memory card?
