When I push the Shutdown Bottom, my phone can't go to sleep but keep turning to the lock screen.I've restarted a lot to times, but not working. In Setting, it says Timeout in 15 seconds but It has keep being bright for 3 hours .
I have had this problem recently and it wouldn't go off screen lit so would drain battery within a couple of hrs. It's a hardware fault where the motherboard needed to be replaced. Luckily for me my phone wasn't even 6 months old so was fixed under warranty
