Hello,

I replaced my screen after my screen broken for Samsung m31, after that i figured out stuck my phone on  safe mode systemul with black screen and do restart automatically to android recovery and i cant resolve yet

i don't want wipe rest factory bcz i have important data.. any suggestions.

i searced for this issue i didnt found on the interent

I can't believe this reply, the problem on my phone don't know which country same in the world

Hey, I realize having your phone stuck in Safe Mode can be frustrating. As mentioned by other community members, we currently don't have any troubleshooting steps for this particular matter.
