Besides the camera I have had no problems with my phone, but my camera absolutely sucks and I'm thinking about going back to my Galaxy S10.

Have you tried clearing the cache partition on your phone.

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Hold down these three keys:
    • Volume Up
    • Home
    • Power
  3. When the phone vibrates:
    1. Release the Power key.
    2. Continue to hold down the Volume Up and Home keys.
  4. When the Android system recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.
  5. Press the Volume Down key until wipe cache partition is selected.

  6. Press the Power key.
  7. Wait until reboot system now is selected.

  8. Press the Power key.

My dad just got a galaxy A11 for his job. It is very slow due to its lower RAM storage. The S10 is way better for multitasking despite its age. If anything, I'd recommend going to the A71 if you don't want to stay on the S series or Note series phones.

I tried that and it didn't work. It also didn't work when I put it into safe mode.
