Samsung A70 - after recording any voice message with any social media APP - no voice coming

Note.

Calls microphone is  working fine 

Mobile with latest android Update also WhatsApp and FB messenger 

all App are updated 

all APP permission to microphone are allowed

i reset all mobile setting 

Still the same issue , no voice coming to any social media App's.

Issue Has been resolved , we found that the MIC hole was blocked
