Computers
Hi All,
I have a Galaxy Book Pro 360 - 13”.
Lately I charged through Type C port on the left, then one day the port is not working. I changed to use the TB4 port, but a week later the TB4 port also stop charging and transferring data.
I brought it to Samsung Care Center in Vietnam but they said the issue is not under warranty policies - they couldn’t even check if my device is under warranty or not (as there’s no computer section on the system). Meanwhile, replacing the port is not possible, I have to replace the whole mainboard, which costs more than 550USD.
Is there other way to fix it?

ComputersDid you use the original charger? And also, Vietnam? If you bought your device in the US, the US warranty will not work in Vietnam.
