ComputersHello,
I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 the 13 inch model from Best Buy and everything looked really nice until I actually began to notice. Nowhere online did I see that my laptop would get super hot and have relatively loud fans and I am really annoyed because of everything else about the laptop (build, keyboard, display, etc.) is really nice.
I was wondering if anyone knows as to why my laptop reaches temperatures of 75 Degrees Celcius when I have only a few tabs of Chrome open and having what most people would consider relatively light usage.
(It would also be great if anyone knew of any fixes to this issue.)

ComputersI can definitely understand your concern here. Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01109648/ If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
