I tried to turn on my Samsung book 2 after reconnecting the power but the power button is not responding.

I tried charging it until the side indicator is green but still the power button is not working.

I tried to power it on again after some time, but it is still not working and now the side status led is purple.

Idk why this happened but I need a solution please.

I know how frustrating that can be! Out of curiosity, are you using the original charger that came with the laptop? Is it plugged into a surge protector or a wall outlet directly; and have you changed outlets it's plugged into?

It's possible that it'll need service if checking those few things doesn't work out.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
