Samsung Apps and ServicesI bought the Samsung Vip Advantage plan because my wife and I are both in the Samsung ecosystem. I bought it 2 hours before I bought her the Galaxy Book 4 360. Turns out it didn't get covered because it did not register under my profile in time. Is there anything I can do other than buying the laptop it's own plan?

Samsung Apps and Services@Tinman8 Ugh, I hate that you experienced this. You can try contacting them but I did something similar in July. Bought the VIP plan, waiting many hours and ordering the Fold 6. I contacted VIP support and discussed it for quite a long time. After several calls I was told that I should have waited for the VIP plan to be confirmed and then I would have been able to select it when I purchased the Fold 6. So the only avenue for me was to get a refund for the VIP plan.
