Samsung Galaxy Book S restarting

Someone please I recently just got a Samsung Galaxy Book S, but I don't use the Verizon, I'm not using the sd card slot for now but when 1st setup everything was running smoothly, until each time I click on something it phrases I have to restart 5 or 6 7 times I don't know what the is going the only thing I was doing is updating everything please help, you can respond to me at <Hidden>

Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01110727/ I know it says it's for the device not powering on, but I believe following these steps should still help this situation. If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis, please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
