Samsung TV > PC on TV > Easy Connection to Screen > Windows PC > doesn't work

Hello, so i've been using the PC to TV for some time now and it worked okay, but few days ago it just won't show my PC on the TV not matter what i do or did.

I'm able to connect my PC to TV via cast option on the pc but it's not quite good, and there's audio problem, beside i use a cable on the pc not over wifi, so my best option is PC to TV.

I've tried every possible way:

- turn off PC and TV and restart, even unplugged for the power source.

- sign out and back in on the Samsung account from TV and PC 

- fully deleted the software and reinstall it.

- format the PC and reinstall windows all over again.

- cleared all cash data from TV, even reset TV to factory settings.

still not any of that worked, it just stopped appearing.

so i hope anyone could help me find a solution.
