ComputersI'd d like to sign in to Windows with Hello fingerprint or facial recognition, but my Settings indicate that it can't find a camera. My camera works fine, but is it not compatible with Hello? Can I allow both methods?
Microsoft says Hello! requires an infrared camera and suggested I contact Samsung to see whether there's an update or fix. Anyone know about this?

ComputersHello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be concerning with not being able to use this option. Since the camera is working this would be that yours is not compatible with Windows Hello. As different model laptops will have different options available to them. I would recommend also looking at your user manual for more information on what your model provides. You can find an electronic one on samsung.com. Look for your model and click support.
