Filters for phone camera

I downloaded several filters for my Galaxy V Fold 5 phone camera today but nowhere can I find how to use them. Right now I am trying to get good sunset photos at sunset over the Pacific from hotel room on Washington shoreline. Absolute novice with this camera.
