How do I turn off the thing where you swipe up from the bottom and pay pops up

To turn off the Samsung Wallet swipe up gesture on a Galaxy phone, you can do the following: 
 
    1. Open the Samsung Wallet app
    2. Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner
    3. Select Settings
    4. Tap Quick access
    5. Select Swipe up gesture
  • Turn off the Lock screen, Home screen, and Screen off toggles
