To turn off the Samsung Wallet swipe up gesture on a Galaxy phone, you can do the following:
Open the Samsung Wallet app
Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner
Select Settings
Tap Quick access
Select Swipe up gesture
Turn off the Lock screen, Home screen, and Screen off toggles
