Updated overnight and now my bluetooth and wifi will not turn on. I have restarted many times, and nothing.

I posted this earlier, and someone responded with some instructions to reboot in safe mode but now I cannot find my post. It seems as if it was deleted.

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is when you are unable to use Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on your phone.

There are several steps we recommend attempting to get these features working again.

1. Test the phone in safe mode. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

2. Clear the cache partition and repair apps in the recovery menu.

To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
- Run the repair apps option and your device will restart.

3. Reset the network settings. Settings>General Settings>Reset>Reset Network Settings. This will remove all Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections, and you will need to reconnect to these services again.

4. If the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi will still not turn on, the next step would be a factory reset of the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will still not turn on after the reset, it is recommended to have the phone serviced. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in he U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
