Galaxy BudsIt doesn't seem possible to hear stereo music thru both buds at the same time. Is this the way they work or am I missing something? TIA

Galaxy Buds@janrif You would reset them in the Wear app.

Galaxy BudsThere is no option in the Wear app to reset or factory reset the earbuds. If I am missing something, please tell me EXACTLY where I can find such an option in the "Wear" app. Provide the steps. Thank you.

Galaxy BudsThank you for your help. After following all directions to reset (which I tried three times), I was still not able to hear music in both earbuds at the same time so I think maybe there is a defect. I am returning my earbuds live for a credit and ordering another pair to see if that solves the problem. Can you provider some links to read about the correct way to start using new pair of earbuds -- Step 1, Step 2, etc, Thank you.

Galaxy BudsOK, so I ordered & received replacement ear buds. Followed directions and I have the same problem; I hear music thru one earbud only.
I followed directions to reset earbuds, then followed directions to take them out of case & put them back in case. Next step was to touch both earbuds until light on case begins to blink. I was unable to get the LED to blink..... Looked at directions for correct way to tap & hold and think I did that correctly but no blinking LED so I need more help.

Galaxy BudsHi janrif, Thank you for following up. We are sorry to hear you are still having troubles with the earbuds.
Are the replacement earbuds also the Buds Live?
Are both the earbuds connecting in the Wearables app?
